At Wedding Payment Plan, we consider our protection of your information to be an important part of our relationship with you. As part of our commitment to protecting your privacy, we limit the disclosures we make, as described in this Privacy Policy.

- Information about transactions between you and a third party, such as information that a third party may provide when verifying information that we received from you;
- Information from public sources, such as telephone numbers and census data; and
- Information from a consumer report, such as your credit history with nonaffiliated third parties.

We do not disclose information that we have collected about you to any affiliated or non-affiliated third parties, except as required or permitted by law. Disclosures we may be required or permitted to make include:
- To consumer reporting agencies;
- In response to a subpoena or administrative order;
- To protect against or prevent fraud;
- To a prospective lender who may fund your loan.
Keeping Your Information Secure
In order to keep your information confidential, we limit access to the information to those of our employees who need to know the information to perform their jobs. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect customer information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
A Note About Our Former Customers
Even if you are no longer a customer of Wedding Payment Plan, this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to any information we collected about you when you were our customer.
